2. How can I place a custom order?

Choose your desired product, select the available customization option, upload your design/photo if required, and complete the checkout process.

3. Can I print my own photo or design?

Yes. You can provide your photo, artwork, name, quote, logo or custom design for eligible products.

4. What image quality should I upload?

For the best printing result, upload a clear, high-resolution image. Avoid blurry, heavily compressed or very dark images.

5. Can I see a preview before printing?

For products where a preview/proof is available, we will provide the applicable preview process before production. Availability may vary by product.

6. How long does it take to process my order?

Most custom orders require additional processing time because they are prepared specifically for you. The estimated processing time will be shown on the product or checkout page.

7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location, shipping method and order processing time. The estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout whenever available.

8. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we provide shipping to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier service and destination PIN code.

9. Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Since customized products may enter production quickly, changes may not be possible after production has started.

10. Can I cancel a custom order?

Customized products are made specifically according to your requirements. Cancellation eligibility depends on the order's production status. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you according to our return/replacement policy.

12. Can I return a customized product?

Because customized products are made specifically for individual orders, returns may be restricted. Please check our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other supported payment methods.

14. Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD availability depends on the product, order value, delivery location and current shipping/payment options. If available, it will appear during checkout.

15. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided with your order. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.

16. Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. We can accept bulk/custom orders for businesses, events, birthdays, schools, offices, parties and promotional requirements. Contact us with your quantity and customization requirements for more information.

17. Can I order a product as a gift?

Yes. Our personalized products are suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, festivals, corporate gifts and special occasions.

18. Will the actual product look exactly like the image on my screen?

There may be slight differences in colour due to screen settings, lighting and printing characteristics. We always aim to reproduce your submitted design as accurately as possible.
