1. About Our Store

Chottobazar offers customized and printed products, including but not limited to custom-printed T-shirts, mugs, bottles, stickers, and other personalized products.

Because many of our products are made specifically according to the customer's selected design, image, text, size, colour, and other specifications, customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to:

• Screen or device display settings

• Lighting and photography

• Printing characteristics

• Material variations

• Manufacturing tolerances

Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

3. Customised Products

For customized products, the customer is responsible for providing accurate:

• Name and text

• Photograph or artwork

• Design

• Size

• Colour

• Quantity

• Shipping address

• Other customization details

Once an order enters the printing or production process, changes to the customization details may not be possible.

Chottobazar is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Customer-Provided Content

When uploading photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other content for customization, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

The customer must not submit content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

• Violates applicable laws

• Contains unlawful or prohibited material

• Is intended to impersonate or unlawfully represent another person or organization

Chottobazar reserves the right to refuse an order containing content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Inability to manufacture the requested product

• Unavailable materials

• Invalid or incomplete customer information

• Content or customization that cannot reasonably be produced

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout, including online payment methods and/or Cash on Delivery where offered.

An order will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of a valid COD order.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order enters the printing or production process.

Once customization, printing, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible because the product is specially prepared for the customer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to serviceable locations within India using available shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are approximate and may vary due to:

• Shipping partner delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• Regional restrictions

• Incorrect address or contact information

• Events beyond our reasonable control

Chottobazar is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damage, defect, or incorrect-product claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

The unboxing video should show the sealed package, shipping label, opening of the package, and the product received.

Claims without appropriate supporting evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

10. No Return for Change of Mind

Because our customized products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements due to:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Incorrect colour selected by the customer

• Incorrect customization details supplied by the customer

• Customer no longer requiring the product

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, branding, and other materials owned or licensed by Chottobazar remain the property of Chottobazar or the respective rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website security

• Submit false or misleading information

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Use the website to conduct fraudulent activities
